Return & Exchange Policy – سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
• لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في حال وجود خطأ في الطلب (مثل منتج مختلف أو تالف).
• يجب التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرسال صورة توضّح المشكلة.
• في حال قبول الاستبدال، يتم الترتيب لاستلام المنتج وإرسال البديل على حساب المتجر.
Exchange & Return Policy:
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of an error in the order (such as receiving a wrong or damaged item).
• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a photo showing the issue.
• If the exchange is approved, we will arrange pickup and send the replacement at the store’s expense.
